Loosing Weight Starts With Motivation

I’m finally going to start my weight loss journey and all it took was being motivated to meet my goal. I have been wanting to loose 30-40 pounds for many years but I never really took the time to achieve the goal. Now I am in my mid 30s and I want a different body heading into my 40s. I recently had a baby boy so I want to be able to have the energy to be active in his life as well as my nine-year-old daughter. To get started I have joined a support group so accountability will be in place for myself and others. The group has participants from different cities, states, and countries and we are all connected via Instagram. I feel free to share pre-body photos and ask questions on what exercises are beneficial to what I am trying to achieve. I have also made a decision to change my eating habits, such as eating less sugar and drinking more water. I have to incorporate two days for working out on a weekly basis. There are many other ways to get motivated to loose weight. You have to find what works for you and take it day to day until you reach the goal you had in mind. Do not beat yourself up if you feel like nothing is changing as the days and weeks go by. You can always seek help from a personal trainer that will be able to give a workout plan and diet plan for your specific needs.
